M&A Brokerage Group assisted Kam Philgas, Inc. in its sale to Valley Wide Cooperative.
Since 1957 Kam Philgas faithfully provided propane its southern Idaho customers through three generations. Founder Wayne Konrad’s grandson, Dan Konrad, took over the business from his father Jerry in 2004, with his wife Stacy.
Valley Wide Cooperative is the largest residential propane distributor in Idaho and has been a leading energy provider in the Northwest for 100+ years.
May’s LP Gas (Indiana)
May’s LP Gas Service employed M&A Brokerage Group for sell-side advisory in their recent acquisition by Heritage Petroleum.
Family-owned and operated, May’s LP Gas has been serving its Indiana customers since 1968. Heritage Petroleum, a national distributor of fuel products and services, expands its market and products offerings to its 4,000+ satisfied customers.
Whitmer Propane (Ohio)
Whitmer Propane Company, the oldest family-owned distributor of propane in Northwest Ohio, was represented by M&A Brokerage Group is their recent sale to Victory Propane.
Originally founded in 1964, the three Whitmer siblings were second generation owners of the family business. The acquisition grows Victory Propane’s footprint as it operates throughout Ohio, Indiana, & Michigan.
Energized gas Inc (Florida)
Energized Gas Inc., a Florida family-owned and operated propane retailer, utilized M&A Brokerage Group in its recent sale to ThompsonGas.
Specializing in propane-related products, service and installation, Energized Gas is the premier propane operator for Florida’s East Coast. Alabama-based ThompsonGas is sited as “one of the top 10 propane companies in the US.”
Kohley Superior Propane (Michigan)
M&A Brokerage Group represented Kohely’s Superior in the sale of both their propane and water operations to Crystal Flash, the Midwest’s largest employee-owned fuel distribution company.
Kohley’s Superior, a family-owned and operated company, served its ~3,000 customers for 60+ years along the west coast of Michigan.

Autore Oil & Propane, represented my M&A Brokerage Group, has merged with Energy Distribution Partners.
Operating from its headquarters in Cedarville, Michigan, the company has approximately 30 employees and serves about 3,500 residential and commercial customers in the Eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Hill top propane & Gas (Indiana)
Hill Top Propane & Gas, headquartered in Corydon, Indiana, services customers in southern Indiana and northern Kentucky with propane, heating oil, gas and diesel fuel.
M&A Brokerage Group represented Hill Top owners in the sale of the company to MFA Oil Inc.
