As Founder of M&A Brokerage Group Pat specializes in representing owners of small and middle-market companies sell their businesses. Through his 20 years of experience in the propane, manufacturing, and durable equipment industries, Pat has served as an advocate for countless business owners in the sale process.
Previously he served in regional executive roles for Chrysler, John Hancock and Prudential within the energy and manufacturing sectors before he formed M&A Brokerage Group. He frequently consults with owners of propane distributors, c-stores, trucking and metal fabricators, and medical equipment providers. Pat has his BA in business from Ferris State University and MBA from Central Michigan.

In his previous role as a corporate attorney PJ served as in-house counsel representing large companies acquiring new businesses in buy-side mergers and acquisitions. PJ now uses this experience to guide owners through all legal and transactional aspects of the M&A process including due diligence compliance, contract drafting, purchase agreements, government and securities filings and general business counseling.
PJ received his BA from Indiana University and his JD with honors from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
